WORLD CENTRE MANAGER Sangam is one of the four World Centres of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. It is an international gathering place for members and families, providing opportunities to meet, share and learn together in an international setting. Sangam is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic individual with a passion for people and working in a diverse international environment.
A confident manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the World Centre and the leadership of a team of international staff and volunteers. You will work to ensure the highest standards of customer service to all visitors and support constant improvements to service delivery.
You will need to be an energetic team manager with community action experience, have excellent communication skills and enjoy being challenged. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE Please note this is a re-advertisement
The Europe Region would like to recruit a second Development Executive.
We are looking for a dynamic and astute individual who is a competent and innovative deliverer of training and strategic support in each of the strategic priorities of WAGGGS – leadership, quality and advocacy. The purpose of the role is to support the promotion and development of Girl Guiding/Girl Scouting in Member Organizations in the Europe Region, in accordance with the Mission of WAGGGS and to assist in achieving the strategic objectives of the Region as part of the Europe Team.
The role involves monitoring and evaluating the needs of Associations and providing assistance required. This will be achieved by either working with individual Associations or organising Regional events.
This role requires experience and proven ability to relate to volunteers, liaise with committees and national associations, to plan strategically and work independently.
Applicants should be fluent in English and/or French and/or Russian. Applicants must be sympathetic to the needs of WAGGGS and its mission, and demonstrate an understanding of the Girl Guide/Girl Scout Movement. The location of the post is in the Europe Office in

You must have lots of energy, excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in an international and culturally diverse team made up of both staff and volunteers. Your first class customer service skills will mean that the services provided by your team will meet and exceed guest expectations.
