Worldwide Scholarship Program "YOLOS"

“Yolos” is a word in Nahualt that means friends and it is also the word that gives name to one important project that we have at Our Cabaña.

 

We want to have more diversity in our International Events and Seminar and we also want to give the opportunity to Guides and Scouts from regions as: Arab, Africa and Asia Pacific to come and have the same opportunities that other Guides and Scouts do. 

 

 

This is a fundraising project which works like this: People that are interested in helping us, donate an amount of money in any currency (US$, Pounds, Mexican Pesos or Canadian dollars) and we create a foam doll with her/his name that we stick in our Dinning Hall window and website to show to the rest of our participants who the are people that are supporting us.

 

Thanks to this project we have been able to bring people from: Kenya, Africa; Romania, Europe; New Zealand, Asia Pacific; Philippines and we are expecting to have many more in future years.
