One of four World Centres, Sangam is an international gathering place for members and friends of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, providing opportunities to meet and share experiences and learn together. Sangam seeks a dynamic individual with a passion for people and a desire to work in a diverse, residential and international environment.

The Deputy World Centre Manager (DWCM) leads the day-to-day operational management of the Centre, under the direction of the World Centre Manager. The DWCM supports delivery in all areas of operation and holds specific responsibilities for administration, property management and PR and marketing.

The DWCM is a key member of the Sangam leadership team and serves as a role model for international volunteers, guests and local staff. The DWCM works to ensure the highest standards of customer service to all visitors and supports constant improvements to service delivery.

You must have excellent leadership, organization and communication skills, and enjoy being challenged. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
